For Northern Ireland: Please note, Customs require residents of Northern Ireland to provide their National Insurance number at the time of placing the order, this is a Customs requirement and is mandatory to ensure shipping.

There is a mandatory customs requirement for residents of ROI to provide their PPS number, to ensure shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please process a return within 14 days of the date the order has been received by the customer. Unfortunately, outside of this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be made. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.  Items must have all original tags attached.

First, please send an email to sales@the-contemporary-clothing-co.com, providing the following information: Order number, your name & address, list the items you wish to return and your reasons for the return.

You should return your items to us as follows:

 

  1. Enclose a copy of the original despatch note and order number, or an accompanying note detailing the information listed in bold above. Place this within your package so that we can link the items to you.
  2. Item(s) must be packed in a sealed bag, with the original tags attached.
  3. Please use the returns address label, provided on the bottom of your delivery note. Please note this is not a prepaid label. 
  4. Items must be returned via a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for items until received by us. This will enable you to track your parcel. Second Class Signed For is normally the most economical postage. 
  5. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure you retain your proof of postage.
  6. An email confirmation of receipt will be sent to you as soon as your return is received by us.
  7. A  second, separate email will be sent when your refund has been processed, via your original payment method.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

We aim to swiftly process refunds, but it may take up to 14 days, from the date the return is received. After this period,  please contact to sales@the-contemporary-clothing-co.com  with full details and a copy of proof of postage, for further investigation. Refund payments may take 3-5 working days to appear in your bank account.

FAULTY ITEM?

If you receive a faulty item, please email us with your name, order number and details of the fault, together with a clear photo and description of the fault - to sales@the-contemporary-clothing-co.com

Once we acknowledge your email,  please return the item following the same procedure as stated in "How do I return an item"

Once received, we will examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund is due. We will cover costs of returning faulty items, of up to £4.99 per package with your item refund.  Please ensure faulty items are returned separately to other items.
